HORRIBLE OWNER- very rude, does not care about customers. Students are incompetent and screw up simple highlights. You have to pay up-front (overpriced!) and no refunds, the owner actually wanted me to pay for extra foils even after seeing what a horrible job her student made.
In sum, I had a terrible experience, I went for highlights and now have terrible blond patches all over my head, so have to go to another salon to get their mistake fixed.
Well you walked away without paying the amount and came back the second time expecting services for free . We will definitely not entertain clients like you and yes we take money first cos it is a part of curriculum to teach the students how to take payments.
