Excellent selection, and everything is available to take home and try out for style and colour. The staff are all knowledable and helpful, although it gets very busy on the weekend. Many high end and/or quality materials, with competitve pricing. Could be 5 stars, but the store set up is confusing and not organized well. Shopping for tiles is like hunting for a good movie in the discount dvd bin at walmart.

Not Impressed

Factory Tile Depot Qeensway location Assistant Manager "Paul" arrogant and condascending. Miscalculated my bill and only after two visits and being persistent did he look into it. I was charged for product that I did not receive but was given such a hassle to have it reversed. On top of that they miscalculated the number of tiles and materials needed for my washroom. I had provided exact room measurements. Completely dissatisfied and would never reccomend.
