Horrible service . Never on time . Not reliable

We hired this company for the lawn service this season, which includes lawn mowing, fertilizing, seeding, etc. Chris asked for prepayment and we sent the cheque in advance prior to starting the service. The service guys showed up once, which was totally not prepared for the lawn cutting. It seems this was his first time lawn mover experience. There was patches left, edges left and did not clean the area and left the grass on the driveway. Worse is that he suppose to come again after two weeks,

I first hired Greater Toronto Lawncare last September to take care of some late-season grass-cutting. They showed up on time and left my lawn looking great. They offered me a flat-rate snow removal service for the winter. I decided to give them a chance, since my previous snow removal company did not always show up. Not only did GTLC show up every time it snowed (including EVERY DAY a brutal stretch in February where it snowed 6 times in 10 days), but they always did a great job.
