    Terrible service and installation

    The staircase they built was too bulky and not according to the drawings I had signed off on. On top of that the installers did a terrible job installing it. The staircase was installed out of level and squeaked. When I asked them to fix the problems, I kept getting the run around and eventually I had to pay another stairs company to come and fix the problems.
