Revive Nail

I had three visits to this nail salon. All visits horrible. The reason I went back was to give them a chance perhaps it was just a bad day and they are close to my work. Way over priced and rushed job! I guess they don’t take pride in the service they provide. I will not go back and I will not recommend this nail salon to anybody! My third visit was the worst. All I had done was shellac polish done on my nails and toes. She also filed down my old bio gel nails as I am growing them out.

Love this place! I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and I will go no where else!

I had a horrible experience with Tracy. She completely BOTCHED my nails and was extremely rude in the process. She did something completely different than what I wanted and when I told her I did not like it, she said "well this is what you're going to get" and charged me $60 for it!! When I asked to just make my nails a solid color she said that she doesnt have all day to be with me. NEVER come here unless you want to waste your time and money.

I been going there for years, Emily has always been my girl to do my nails and she always does it amazing! Today I did feel a little nauseous cause of the heat and did puke. Emily made sure I was okay and took care of me.

Excellent friendly service. The staff are professional. Well ventilated. Very clean and they take the measures needed during the challenging times of Covid-19. I highly recommend using their services.

Revive Nail located at 7-6975 Meadowvale Town Centre Cir is fantastic. I have been going to Revive Nails since I was a teenagers. I am always happy with the service. All ladies there are wonderful and you always be in good hands. I just got my nails done today before my holiday vacation. Love it.

Terrible. They will not do my nail just because I ask to clean the staff in front of me. I am very sad the way they treated me.☹

Horrible service and very rude staff my nails aren't the same shape and they are all different lengths .. And after I paid $63 for my service I asked for the owners name the lady was hesitant and gave me the wrong name and told me that there is no one to complain to and that I have to accept my nails the way it is .. I would like to speak with someone going forward I do not want my money back I would just like to talk to someone regarding my service it needs to be dealt with its unexptable!!

Terrible service

I got a shellac manicure and wen or win was her name finished in 30 minutes. My shellac peeled off in 2 days and when I went back win wasn't working so they made me pay again because they're on commission. Terrible place. Would not come here again

They say they're open until 8 and are already closed. Their excuse. They want to go home.

Terrible services finished my shellac in 5 mins not even a single customer was waiting ...ana she seems like she is in a super hurry and very rude if there was a option to give not even one star I would have given that ..

Horrible experience! The lady who did my nails cut me twice one was deep on my finger never apologized until I had said something to her. She cut my nails way too short !!! I was very upset and not satisfied at all. The owner is very rude along with many of the ladies there. They are way too overpriced and don't do a good job! I've been getting my nails done for years and never experienced such horrible customer service & overall experience I def won't be coming back !!

The most terrible place to go for your nails or pedicure because they never clean their station and I did see ladies coming back with fungus under their nails but the rude girls would scream at them and say that you didn't get it here but they did.The rude girls would say here clean of the polish yourself to all of us but it's their job to do our nails. One girls charge $10.00 for the shellac polish and another girl would charge $20.00. I think they pocket money for themselves. A horrible place.

Had a pedicure done today. It was very rushed. The salon was not even busy. She didn't remove all the old polish, and barely filed my nails. When exfoliating my feet she wasn't even looking! She was talking to her work mate and not paying attention to what she was doing. Cream slapped on and so on.. I don't know why they don't take the time to do a good job. The last two times they cut my big toe so I didn't go for a year. Today I let her know and to be careful. I won't be going back now.

Totally unsatisfi...

Totally unsatisfied with their work. In fact it cost me $50.00 and not for what I asked for, to have longer finger nails and not come out with the short ones that I went in with.

This salon us dirty. Door was open and leaves were all over the floor. Service was extremely rude. They tried to rush my sister into picking a colour. Within one minute they asked twice if she had made up her mind about the colour she wanted and they wouldn't help pick a shade. And my friend's technication just ignored her. We walked out without having anything done. You are in a service industry, provide your customers with some proper service. Don't go here and expect a smile or friendly service.

If you value your health do not go there, they are not clean and don't clean their tools before using it on the next person. They use dirty wet towels that was used by the customers before me. They speak in their lanaguage loudly, they are rude, their work is very sloppy. They rush and when sanding off the polish from my nails they removed too much and hurt me. Their. More importantly it is their hygiene, the place and their tools are third world dirty!
