Bin was not picked up on the schedules pickup date. Left for the weekend and it rained cats and dogs all weekend soaking what was in the bin. When I came back I found the bin sinking into my driveway. The company was not sympathetic nor did they offer any compensation. In fact, they charged me a massive premium for excess weight when the weight was the result of their error, not having picked up the bin on the scheduled date. Called the company back numerous times and have not received a reply
