    These guys have done our hockey league photo, My youngest daughters school photography, My eldest daughters Algonquin grad photo's and my sons soccer team photo's. These guys are everywhere for a reason, whenever i interact with them I always get help with what im looking for and they always have good prices compared to other local businesses. I have been a repeat customer for 10 years now and that wont change

    Bad quality of service.

    I had my grad photos taken with this group at my school. Many students have grown displeasure with this company due to their lack of customer support and inability to properly handle their scheduling. They do not properly read their e-mails nor do they answer to your requests. You follow their rules and only their rules. I had to reschedule my appointment to get my grad photo with them through 6 e-mails. All of which had me asking them if they were able to slot me in on specific time frames of different days. All of their e-mails that they returned said the following similar lines: "that day we are full. find another day, and request it" . I ask them when they can slot me in, and their reply was "request a day and we will tell you"... EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE.
