They have a huge ...
They have a huge 60 unit contract at my condo complex. They fail to remove the snow on a regular basis leaving the sidewalks and entrance full of snow. I would not recommended them!

Not sure what building is referred to in this comment but our contract for some of the buildings does not include sidewalks and entrances, this is the responsibility of the condo corp. However if its included in the contract, sidewalks and front entrances are done as soon as possible unless residents complain about noise during the night in which case we come back first thing in the morning. During heavy snow storms, we may come back 2 and 3 times.
