If you are interested in getting a pool, I do not recommend that you use this company. They truly are the worst to deal with, they don’t guarantee work, don’t fix mistakes, don’t return phone calls, terrible work quality and are dishonest and a rip off!!! That is for sure. Every problem with the pool install is not their fault. It is the concretes' fault, homeowners' fault, pressure washers' fault. Very poor workmanship and even worse customer servi

Came twice to fix my leaking pool. Jay problem solved and fixed it quickly after realizing the problem. Reasonable charge as well. Thank you Malibu pools for saving our summer.

We never got our pool. Strung along, ignored and hung up on. Your family deserves better that Malibu has to offer. You would have a better experience packing up the car and going for a dip in the Love Canal - swallowing the polluted water would be more pleasant than what Malibu dishes out on a daily basis.

This is the worst pool company in Niagara, they have terrible customer service, the receptionist is rude and they don’t return phone calls. They do not guarantee any of their work and have terrible workmanship. Our new pool is sinking and they said they won’t do anything about it. concrete is cracked and the job was so badly done that there are even twigs under the liner because they failed to sweep out the pool before installing the liner! This company and its owner should go under! be warned

Always knowledgeable help and attention I never got at the "other" pool place! Saved me lots of money with proper advice.

Customer Service Nightmare

Malibu came to fix an indent that appeared in 2013. In 2014 the indent re-appeared and they were amazed how it was fixed the first time without draining the water out of the pool and their “pool wizard” was a genius. He said they would work on it in the fall. Now they are not going to assist at all claiming the gentlemen that fixed it originally is no longer with the company so they aren't responsible and won't be exploring options to help. The poorest example of customer service in the area.
