Worst customer service ever. Rude and unhelpful. Lied to my elderly parents that they would get a refund on a couch and then when they came back to the store to get their refund, they were told that they could only get store credit. Terrible and shameful. Cheap products

Its one less thing to worry about when moving into a new home. Furnishing a new home can be daunting at first. We had read many bad stories from many companies but only can tell you of the good experience we had at Arrow Furniture. From the experience at the store until the drivers left our house we had nothing but excellent service. After doing our research and reading many reviews we finally made our decision to buy from Arrow Furniture. Even their service department handled a minor issue in a timely manner.

Purchase a couch for our new home

We were very much concerned as to, where do we purchase a couch for our new home. We have been searching for a store that sells sofas that were both low in price but was very reliable and comfortable to sit. Finally we visited Arrow Furniture, and purchased one sofa. We were both engrossed with our purchase! We recommend one should visit Arrow Furniture if they are looking for something which is reliable and costs less!
