Be careful of their LIMITED lifetime warranty
We had a new exerior doorplex door installed and after one year, the top transom window cracked across the full length of the window on a very cold winter night. Nothing impacted the window and there was no settling of the house. In the warranty that we were given, it said nothing in it about not providing a warranty for the windows. When we approached Doorplex to replace the transom, they refused. It took many phone calls until they finally agreed that they would send out a new piece of glass but would not pay to have it replaced. We now have to find an installer to replace the glass for us, and pay for this labour ourselves. When the door was first installed, I had concerns about some of the details of the door. The inside frame was dented and when I asked the manufacturer about this, they said that this part of the door would get marked anyway from wear and it was "within their acceptable quality limits". There is nothing about dealing with Doorplex that has been easy. They are expensive doors made by a very arrogant company.
