We recently boarded our two cats with Parker Pet Care for 5 days, and one of the cats was returned to us very sick due to undernourishment and severe dehydration. Basically, he stopped eating and no one at Parker noticed. The cats were obviously not monitored well enough. This cat was noticeably unwell by the end of the stay. He ended up in an animal hospital for 3 days and is still recovering from his ordeal. I would never recommend Parker Pet Care to anyone.

My cat's favourite blanket was taken from her. She had this blanket since birth and when we had come back from our vacation her blanket was removed from her carrier and we did not notice until we had gotten home.

Wonderful staff..excelent service.. facilities are spotless.. just have to go see it yiurself to believe..
