Was so impressed with their responses to email and phone queries and with their prices that I drove from out of town to purchase from them. It's hard to find experts in Saltillo tile but Mike (the owner) had the knowledge and experience we required. The tiles were perfect (not one broken!)-- a much better quality than the ones we purchased previously from another store. Thank you to Rho and Mike and to the warehouse employees for the great service. We have become loyal customers.

AWEFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rhodora (who talks down to you)& the owner shouted loudly at me when I calmly & politely asked for the re-stocking fee to be waived. The owner actually yelled & said I would be charged 20% re-stocking fee, even though its the company's fault that the tiles in the showroom look NOTHING like the tiles in the warehouse. The warehouse staff said that the samples in the showroom are outdated and are not similar to what you get from the warehouse. GET YOUR TILE ELSEWHERE!
