Tom Zhang Structural Engineers

Tom Zhang is a cheater. I doubt if he is a Professional Engineer. He has taken retainer fees from my appointed Engineer and disappeared. I was not happy from the beginning, he submitted a report for the foundation inspection in the month of June...I was not happy. In fact, my appointed Engineer covered up a bit. It is strange that this kind of guy is working as Engineer and signing with a Professional Stamp in our city of St. Catharines!

I am sorry to report that Tom Zhang was highly unprofessional in his dealings with me and my wife. After an initial site visit he took our deposit check and then disappeared without completing the work that we agreed upon. When I finally reached him he tried to increase the price and then ultimately just decided not to complete the job and stopped taking my phone calls. He delayed our project since we had to find another engineer to help us. I want my money back!
