Great customer service, always there when I need help with the pool.

Aaron was great as we planned our pool and entire backyard renovation! He had lots of suggestions and was able to make them happen. Despite poor weather this summer, not only did Dynasty start early, they checked in with us every day to update us on the next stage of our Reno. Can't say enough about this crew as our backyard looks gorgeous, mainly because of them. THeres a reason they've been in business in a small community like Orillia for over 40 years. Great company!

Dynasty Pools may be eager to do initial install but forget about service years down the road. I have been after Dave to quote on new liner, coping and concrete for a few years now. He and his son came out last fall but never got back with quote. This spring I finally confronted Dave and he said they did not want to do job. They did initial install and knew the pool but were not willing to do any after-install service. What can I say....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Our pool was put in by Dynasty Pools in 1997. About 2 years ago I asked Dave to come out and give me an estimate to replace liner. Last fall I finally had Dave come out with his son to quote on replacing liner, coping and concrete around pool. They never called back, so this spring when I was opening pool and needed chemicals I confronted Dave. His comment was 'we decided we did not want to do the work'. They may want to do the initial install but forget about future repairs!!!!!!

Don't use this company. This is the second full summer with my pool. Now, I have had to replace the filter (which was apparently the cheapest available and incorrectly installed, AND no one could find parts anywhere for it) and the pump, which is too small for the size of the pool and so failing. The concrete is shifting, which means having to redo a side of the concrete. I have to admit I immediately expected issues, though, as the installation itself initially failed inspection, too!

Words cannot express how pleased we are with Dynasty Pools! Don't even look at other pool companies. The quality of the workmanship and expertise that was put into our pool was above and beyond. The price was fair and everything agreed upon stayed within budget. The best part about the whole process was that everyone at Dynasty from the sales to the crew are wonderful, patient, honest and helpful. All promises were met. We will miss having them around! Thank you Dynasty Pools!
