Bought a new trailer here and have had a few problems. With the first problem they treated me poorly. Called and emailed that the shower enclosure was separating from the wall in the washroom and 5 weeks later and still waiting for a return call or email. Avoid this place after care is well below par.

Dear Sharon, Yes you are correct you had 2 issues. We requested on several occasions that you bring your trailer in so we could deal with your concern however you did not. With respect to your email our Service Manager sent you a request asking which city you were in as you were travelling so we could send you the contact details of a local dealer and he did not receive a response from yourself. It is difficult to deal with an issue if you are unwilling to bring your trailer in for Service.
