They're the best!!!!!!!!!!

I was sent to Oshawa Appliance Parts as an authorized service company by Bissell Canada. I left my vacuum with them on Dec 21/2018 and was told 2-3 weeks turn around for repair. It’s now Mar 1/2019, we still don’t have our vacuum back and they don’t even have the decency to follow up with us. We have to keep calling them. Absolutely unprofessional.

This place is so bad when it calls to answering their phone! I have been waiting for over a week to get a part fixed and have been phoning to find out when it will be ready and no answer AND their voicemail is full. Terrible customer service!!

This appliance store is a warehouse of parts and appliances - for those that need a repair this is the place to go. I walked in needing a new part, and they took the time to fix the part, saving me time and money. Before you throw away your old appliance, look to these guys first.

I have found no other business like this ever. We required parts for a Kenmore washer and as we told the proprietor it was somewhat urgent. He told us he would have them picked up in T.O. and try and get them delivered to our home around 6pm. We didn't hold out much hope as it was a Saturday but to our surprise he showed up at our home at 9pm (8 hours after the business was scheduled to close for the day) with the parts. this is an A-One example of great customer service. Kudos.

Service literally...

Service literally COULD NOT BE BETTER!!!! Not only did they wait around for me to arrive on a Saturday afternoon, they knew what part I needed, identified a lower cost alternative, and were able to provide it right away. When I arrived I was served immediately, they knew who I was and what I was after. Then they proceeded to test the old component (at no additional cost) which confirmed my self diagnosis (what a relief) and then refit the plugs and hardware from my old piece to the new one, again at no additional cost. Certainly exceeded any expectations I could have possibly had! Highly recommended

Best service ever...

Best service ever! One look at my failed parts and they knew the exact model it came from. Within minutes i had the parts in hand. I asked a couple more questions and they had all the answers. I recommend OAP to anyone with a broken appliance!

Knowledgeable & Friendly!

I visited this store the other week and it was like taking a step back in time. Everyone who works there actually knows what they are doing and knows everything about all parts for any appliance you can think of! The phone rings off of the hook because clearly others know that these are the folks to see. If it is broken and can be fixed they can do it!
