Never go to Charm

They have no idea how to size a ring here. Their measurements for my wedding ring was a full size off. I went back they said "ohh we have to charge you $60 to fix it or $75 for insurance if we ordered it for you". When they checked the bill they noticed that they gave a stock ring they said "ohh we have to charge you $60 to fix it or $75 for insurance if we gave you a stock ring" DO NOT BUY FROM CHARM DIAMOND as they don't have a clue!!!!

Misplaced Engagement Ring and resized by mistake

Went to pick ring up and they handed me wrong ring. When they eventually realized that another person had my ring it was returned come to find out that they mixed my ring with another ring and resized it when it wasn't supposed to be. So now ring has been resized back to original size. So all in all resized twice, which I am not sure weakens the ring or what may happen in future. All the time the manager keeps telling me that the rings look so much alike that is why it happened. It SHOULDN'T have happened at all!!!! Not impressed whatsoever!!
