Honestly wish I recorded the conversation. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. Terrible customer service, just awful. They should be ashamed of themselves, forgetting the fact that I gave them business. You shouldn't treat anyone with the kind of disrespect I received from the manager. After reading some of the other reviews he is not going to change anytime soon, the outright rudeness of this individual dates back years.
I would strongly suggest going just about anywhere else.
