29% increase from estimate to after half the work was done!

Novatech was used by my mom's insurance company to remove damaged goods and rebuild my mother's basement. We were given an estimate for the entire emergency, removal and rebuilding $19,682. Because it was way below the 25k insurance limit, we chose to go with this company. Once walls/doors removed and all water removed and before the rebuilding, they gave another estimate of $27,525 AND destroyed a wall they weren't supposed to. We should have gone with someone else...
