If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusted with the service from the hot deli and the misleading/false advertising

The produce is always half rotten ! I bought a bag of frozen vegetables and they were dark brown ! I’ve seen freezer burn before but these vegetables had to be 10 years old ! Now I’ve said to myself before I wouldn’t shop here again but I’m done now ! Angry from purchasing food that’s near spoiled!!!

Our metro has been increasingly using so much plastic and produces unnecessary waste in the community . I can hardly buy any vegetables or fruits without it being wrap in plastic or stuffed in plastic containers. Its completely unacceptable.

Excellent service in Owen Sound.....staff always ready to help or find someone who can help me. I love MY Metro, the brightness and cleanliness of the store and closeness to my home is an added bonus. Prices do not always suit my budget but quality always surpasses my expectations. Wait times are generally acceptable for some one like me with an impatience problem. I am seventy one years old and remember shopping the Owen Sound A & P with my mother as a young girl. It is our favorite store.
