Horrible attitude...after 2 trips still had the wrong part...went to a non dealer and got great service there...won't go back to J&L ever

Absolutely horrible experience. No personality, which if he could fix something you could deal with. After 3 tries ended up taking my chainsaw to another dealership to be fixed.

Not friendly at all and not very helpful. More than willing to take my $100 but got no more than two word answers to my questions. The only one that was happy to see me was the dog!!

Was charged twice...

Was charged twice for the same lawnmower problem that re-occurred within 2 months!Was told work is guaranteed for 30 days only. Tried to sell me Husqvarna lawn by telling me my mower brand was garbage!Poor customer service...will never go back!
