Worst company ever. Said they would deliver between 1-4th was then called on 29th that my items would be in town tomorrow and would need to take my items with no place to put them or wait another 16 days for my things. Never recommend this place
An absolute nightmare. The moving guys were disrespectful perverts. They billed us $2000 higher than what we were quoted. Delivered our stuff 3 days late. Broke our furniture. Said they would compensate us for it but never did.
Thank you guys for all your help for my moving. The guys were very fast on the time and nice. I Was so strees for my move to Vancouver after hearing some storys about some company. I will definietly call you guys if I need a move again.
Terrible company. 4 weeks late and charged double what was quoted. Held my stuff until i signed a waiver saying I wouldn't charge back my payment. Now suing them. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!
Be prepared to run around and beg for your stuff to be delivered. The sales department will promise something to get the deal and the delivery dept will not deliver it. Their truck broke down in last minute, and you know when they say their truck broke down, there is no room in truck for your stuff. Never use it again. Promise to deliver 10 5-10 working days, but be prepared to wait for month.
After my belongings were unloaded I noticed that many items are missing, and there were things in them that were damages. Besides monetary losses due to damages, some of these items had sentimental value and are irreplaceable. During the unloading period, they asked me is this your stuffs? Is this your item? (I have video proof.) This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable, and I will not tolerate the situation like this.
your company came and picked up my belongings that now seem to have disappeared. Find them and finish the shipment and I will reconsider this review.
with no replies to emails, vm, etc I am considering calling the authorities. will continue to monitor the reviews until this is resolved to my satisfaction
They took my deposit and then nothing happened. I am pretty sure that this is a scam business. A reliable moving company will not ask you for a deposit and you will receive a contract before you arrange for any pickups, etc. AVOID THIS COMPANY! In the end, I did get my money back as I told them I would continue to negatively review them and expose them for what they are until they did return my $100. Read reviews of others carefully as you will see that this is a reoccurring issue.
