This guy is a stiff. Do not use this company very unreliable.

Paid for fall fertilizer and weed control and never received. Attempted to contact by email, no response. Phoned the company and the telephone number is no longer in service.

They havent showed up for the whole month of August to cut the grass yet have still sent out an invoice for August. No one is answering the phone and it appears that no one is in the office either.

I have used their service for many yearsno complaints. The last time they came it was someone not from their service as they turned up in an SUV! and the operator was very angry with Sullivan. For the next snow fall it was the 15th January no one came, I called and got a recording that the crew was sent out at 3.30 am - I waited till midnight, nothing.have made numerous phone calls,e-mails; no reply;fear that I have lost my money as have many other customers. Very upset I am a disabled senior.

I hired this company for snow removal. It snowed three days ago and they have still not come to plow my driveway. I have called and left a message, wrote to the company with no response. Their policy is to remove snow in 24 hours. Do not hire this company.

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM THE APPARENT OWNER!

I had the opportunity to meet the owner and was disgusted by his service! Absolutely, ridiculous and extremely unprofessional I will NEVER use nor recommend this company's service ever again. Words that were exchanged by the owner to me certainly was verbal abuse and the authorities have definitely been contacted!
