What happened! Went tonite for a banana split and there was hardly any ice cream, in my 20+ years visiting this location I have never been disappointed. I heard rumours about changes but didnt think it was this bad. I guess the drive to Hartzel Rd from now on.
Ok, place has terrible service! Food is dry and obviously left over from previous orders that people refused. Treat their staff poorly, I feel for those kids, made to pay for mistakes made by the management. That’s right, these student wage kids have to pay for mistakes that are caused by the manager. Shame on you!!
I don't think i ever go back there after tonight. They were too busy talking to each other and handed in my order to someone else. It was touched by the other customer and then she realized it was mine not his. Took it from him and gave it to my son. What if his hands were dirty? The ice cream was so soft and watery that it dropped. The staff were calling each other names and joking while customers were there. It was a disaster and absolutely dirty.
