Midas Auto Service Experts

I spent almost $600 and within 1.5 months, the SAME PROBLEM started happening again. I came back to this Midas service and Andrew S., Manager, told me that there was NO WARRANTY although the woman who is working at the front desk said that warranty would be 3 months from the date of the service when I came 1.5 months ago. STAY AWAY from this Midas shop!! They are trained just to lure you to fix your car there but after that, there is no service, no warranty after sales.

Is it too difficult for the front desk person to smile and welcome you to Midas? They did not want my business and it showed. When you ask a question and the attitude in the reply is you are an idiot. Never to return and word of mouth is everything especially when you work for the largest employer in Niagara.

Receptionist was friendly...

Just got home from waiting for 2.5 hours, with absolutely nothing done to my car. Had an appointment at 3:15, arrived on time, sat in waiting room for over an hour before they even moved my car into the garage (what is the point of making an appointment?), waited another hour before I was told that nothing could be done today, and that it would take at least another 2 hours for them to fix it. Left without saying much, called back to say I wouldn't be coming back again & was told "ok no problem"

The staff at Midas in St Catharines are polite, personable and knowledgable. They do what they say they will.
