Best groomer around by far! Weve been bringing our pets there for years. Our late dog Nacho used to run in, super excited to see his ”girlfiends”
Absolutely Terrible. I took my dog to get a full grooming, hours later I noticed a huge gash on his chin (where he was shaved) covered with dried blood. When they finally called back after several attempts of trying to get a hold of them, they denied they did any harm. This resulted in a $200 emergency vet visit. For the safety of your dog, I recommend taking you dog elsewhere.
Absolutely horrible. They like to charge elderly men $95 for razor burns and cuts. $95 plus a $200 visit to the vet because of the groomer. NICELY DONE!
Feel like they have slowly gotten worse. I’ve asked on 3 separate occasions to not wax my dogs inner ears and each time I picked him up he had it done. The last visit they not only waxed his inner ears again but had nicked a mole off and nicked his paw pad really badly. Worst part was now his mole came back bigger and may need to be surgically removed. Not going back and can’t say I’d recommend them unfortunately.
I have been several times with more disappointment every time to the point where they have lost my business. The biggest reason they lost my business is on her last visit, they had brushed her back so hard trying to remove "loose" undercoat that they cut and gouged the crap out of it. The cuts became infected and she was in such pain she couldn't be touched. An emergency trip to the vets, and some meds later she was back to normal, but I won't be putting her through that again.
Excellent Service where my Abbi gets treated well and with priority and with care and with gentleness. Facilities are clean, price is excellent, I have used Perfect Paws several times and will continue to do so
Friendly staff and they always take great care of my dog. There attention to detail sets them way above the competition. Have taken him there since he was a puppy and he always comes home looking amazing. They listen to what you want your dog to look like not like some places that try to decide for you. Awesome place for someone who loves there pet!!
60 dollars for a bath, blow dry, ear cleaning, brushing and nail trimming. When I picked up my pooch it hadn't looked like anything had been done ... I wouldn't recommend going here - I won't be returning
