Elevators are always out of order! We have been out of heat for about a week without any knowledge of when this will be repaired! Sauna is like a warm room, no heat to speak of so why have it! When they repaired the parking lot no one was allowed to use the lot and at our own expense we were told to find alternate parking ! Complaints are not taken seriously! Thank You
