Terrible. I had a wash cut and style then pushed out the door in 20 minutes. I brought a photo to show her what I wanted. I did not get the cut or the style I showed her. She had no interest in following my instructions. I have seen men in their salon even though they have shorter hair get the time and attention to detail that all customers deserve. My hair is a mess. I have never been pushed out of a salon so fast. This is my second visit. Both times a desaster
