Recently purchased a gift card for this business for a mani-pedi. the total for the card came to $73.45$ (65$ +tax) This was on valentines day for my girlfriend; when I received the gift card all it stated was Lavender Mani-Pedi and no price. She went to redeem the mani-pedi today (which was a V-day gift) and was charged an extra 50$ for tax and fees!!! So realistically she had to pay tax a second time and they couldnt explain what the fees were because no one speaks English.

My wife loves this place. Amazing staff. Better than anywhere I’ve seen in Sudbury.

The lady who filed my nails kept filing my skin which left all my fingertips raw and bleeding. She said she didn't mean to and to keep relaxed but there was blood all over. I asked for ombré almond nails and got uneven messy pointy nails that you can very obviously see the line of the fake nail. Not what I wanted at all and as my first time getting fakes I will never be back.

I work in this nails salon . I'm feeling very comfortable place . I just say everything better quality than somewhere else .

I go here with my 3 girls and do regular nails and pedicures .. Love this place

An amazing place owner Tom did my nails I have done gel before but they never lasted. The dedication and craftsmanship my nails lasted more than 2 weeks. The atmosphere is comforting and everyone is amazing.

Went in for a pedicure. I requested a girl do it at the front and they completely ignored my request & I was assigned a guy. He was rough when he was cleaning my toes, it felt like he was cutting underneath my toe nails with the tool. He didn't massage me at all and I felt rushed. When he sent me to dry I was left in there for 35 minutes & finally I got up and left. Nobody came to check on me to see if I was dry. Nobody acknowledged me at all. Horrible experience! Would never go here again.

Bad customer serv...

Bad customer service from Caden!! He did a horrible job on my nails and then said I was picky...well I am if my nails are different lengths, nail polish different widths and a crooked nail...then yes I'm picky.As a busy mom this is a luxury for me and done rarely. Thank you for making me feel small today Caden...you truly had no customer service abilities today!!

Excellent service

Had acrylics removed and gel nails put on. Very quick and easy removal of acrylics (no soaking!) and beautiful gel nails which still look great two weeks later! Will definitely visit again!
