Sudbury Skin Clinique

I have visited many skin clinics within Canada and outside of Canada. I can honestly say that Sudbury skin Clinique is and always be my most favorite. From the minute you walk in, you are happily greeted by the ladies at the front desk. These ladies as well as the nurses whom you are introduced to later in your own private room, are all so incredibly knowledgeable. Any questions about skin care, to injections, to facials these ladies have always been more than happy to share their experiences.

Each and every time I have gone into Sudbury Skin Clinique the staff has been so helpful and so friendly. You feel like you are so important to them. I realize it is a business but it so nice to be treated with such respect. Their products are fantastic. If you want that pampered feeling with the knowledge that everything is of the highest quality this is definitely the place to go.

A friend of mine gave a suggestion and information on going to Sudbury Skin Clinique when I was inquiring about botox and filler. I made the call and had the appt. a couple of days after.From the front desk staff to the estheticians,and nurses who were very friendly and professional. With reassurance and comfort provided I had botox and filler with amazing results. I appreciated the experience and knowledge of being shown their products too. I highly recommend going to Sudbury Skin Clinique.

Extremely rude staff. The receptionist refused to help me until "I took my boots off" even though I was on the designated protected mat, and just wanted to check in on time (and I didn't hint that I wasn't going to). The physician assistant was very dismissive and made me feel incompetent due my extent of derm knowledge, and the dermatologist didn't even look at me, which is a problem since I was there due to skin issues. I was relieved to hear that I don't have to return again.

I paid over $3000.00 for a treatment that aged me over ten years in 6 months. When I went back for 6 month consult the tech admitted the treatment did not work even though I was told I was a good candidate. Now I will need fillers and Botox every few months just to look the same as I did before the thermage treatment. They gave me a few injections one time but I still have the $3300.00 dollar bill and I was charged almost 500.00 dollars to fix the hollow under my eyes. Dr Giroux never saw me!

Girl on the phone very rude when I asked a question first impression would be ...do not go there very rude and unknowlegable
