TMC Medical Clinic

Not sure why there are so many negative comments. I have used numerous clinics. This is now the only clinic I go to. I have a clinic right around the corner from where I live but usually wait 3-4 hours to get in.... TMC is Fast, reliable and professional the list goes on and on. I have never waited longer than 10-15 minutes to get in.

The receptionist girl was very rude and unprofessional. When I told her that Dr. Butler requested me back, she suddenly got angry: "You can not request certain doctor!". She did send me to another doctor, and of course, I was brought out again. She got even angry: "You cannot pick a doctor, I TOLD you!". Through the whole thing, I never said I wanted to see Dr. Butler.

I have used this clinic a few times when I could not wait to see my own physician. I have never waited longer than a few minutes to be seen. The physician care is professional and thorough, either prescriptions, x rays, blood tests or referrals are handled timely and effectively. My issues have been resolved satisfactorily and I have no hesitation in recommending anyone needing medical attention attending this clinic.

Its so unfortunate that this is the only travel clinic in Windsor. Absolutely terrible experience here for me and my family

I wanted to like this clinic so bad. Went to change my prescription because I had concerns regarding it effecting my health & considering family medical history. The concerns that I brought up to the doctor didn’t seem important. To quote the doctor when I was discussing heart issues & blood clots in my family “Not interested.” Is what I was told by a professional doctor and then refused to have my prescription changed. Really upsetting and made me feel stupid for even going in

Went to tmc yesterday the dr I seen (Dr. Eltatari? Or something) told him I’ve been sick for over a week looked at my nose and throat quickly didn’t do a swab of my throat or anything said it’s viral have me a puffer and nose spray and said go home went to the hospital the next day cause I could barely breath found out I have walking ammonia I am now on codeine cough med pretnesone 3 puffers nose spray and antibiotics will never go to tmc again!!

So unprofessional, never coming back here again

Worst walk in clinic I have ever been to. Waited 2 hours while others who came after me were called in. When I asked about it I was told I would be called soon. Another half hour and I left.

Every two hours I called TMC Tecumseh and was on hold with the clinic for over 15 minutes before giving up.....I just wants to book an appointment for travel shot, how long can that take probably 2 minute phone call. Clearly they need more staff in their switchboard, or they are just not doing their job. This is terrible service! Worse of the worse ever!

I called and was on hold with the clinic for over 30 minutes before giving up. I was calling to ask about their fees for counselling which should have been a 2 minute phone call. Clearly they need more staff in their switchboard. The Windsor location did not have a live person answering their phones and the voice mailbox was full so I could not leave a message and clearly it would not be checked anyway. This is terrible service!

I waited 2 weeks for an appointment with the travel clinic after speaking to two secretaries that told me the yellow fever vaccine was available. The sign outside the office says yellow fever vaccine clinic and the website as well. It was not until I had my pre- appointment that they told me I was going to be added to a list to wait for 3 others to get the vaccine with me as it is fractional doses. It is now too late for me to get it and in the mean time if I had known this I would have gone

I went to this clinic and was suffering from fever and coughing the young and tall female doctor ( don’t know her name) didn’t even do a good check like I am a number in her chart I went home and got worse then before . If she doesn’t like her job why she see patients?

The clinic was very busy the day I visited. The doctor I had (Dr. Sleiman) did not seem to care about being there especially on New Years Day. He was very cold and not compassionate at all. He looked in my ears, throat and listened to my lungs, took my temp and did not even bother to tell me what it was. He told me it was viral without even taking a throat swab. Which turns out it was strep throat. He reluctantly gave me a prescription and said to take it if my symptoms got worse.

i broke my ankle got right in they were fast got the xrays done right there i was in and out in 45 minutes staff was really nice and profestional
