Brought my brides...
Brought my bridesmaid dress in to be taken in and shortened. 45$ later, I brought the dress home and tried it on. The back was 3" shorter than the front and the sides were uneven. When I called them the next day, they were defensive and unapologetic and would not accept the blame. Even when holding the dress up, you can see a length difference. I brought the dress in to show them and they continued to be defensive. Told me to pull the dress down at the back to "fix" the problem. Then told me they couldn't reimburse anything. When leaving, she said "I guess I'll take this out of my paycheque" and handed me a 20$ bill. We are now 3 weeks away from the wedding and I now have to buy a new dress and get it express shipped to me. Being a bridesmaid is expensive enough. I now have to pay for their mistake. Not impressed.
