My air condition broke down. I called the air conditoner manufacturer and they recommended this company. They phoned me back promptly, booked the appointment, showed up on time and fixed the air conditioner. Repair guy Mike was excellent and completed the work according to the price quoted.

Horrible customer service!! They were quick to take our money and come install the AC but when we encountered problems they were so difficult to get a hold of. For 6 months we have been calling and asking for someone to come take a look at the problem. They keep giving us excuses like they're too busy or when they do schedule a visit, they don't show up! Not even a call to cancel! I would highly suggest going with a different company. VERY bad customer service
