Bad bad service. I took an email from Panasonic saying they should replace the defective phone they had sold me. First reaction was to deny the email was valid saying Panasonic does not have the right to do that. Then they called Panasonic and confirmed that indeed the phone had to be replaced by the store at which point they tried to give me the run-around about calling back the support line, but when I insisted I wanted to take another phone they reluctantly agreed. Again had a bad experienc
