It’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had in years. I bought a stroller from the that cost more than $1000 but it was broken. When I contacted them they told me to go to the manufacturer and they’re unwilling to help. It was better off for me to buy it from other online stores that at least know how to talk to an unsatisfied customer and know how to win them back. They should have closed a long time ago.
