Why is it that every time that the telephone number 613-746-4633 rings, I pick up, no person comes on at the other end, and then it hangs up. I usually answer after 1 - 2 rings and wait for someone to speak. A person only starts to speak after the third time it has called my phone. It is very annoying. I have donated many times to this charitable organization, but feel like blocking this number. Is the call centre charging this organization for 3 calls?

Auto dialer

Their autodialler keeps calling and not speaking when the phone answered. This is a great charity but they need to fix the computer doing soliciting.
