Just booked a trip to The Royalton in Cuba. Went in with the best deal I could find online and they matched it and had me booked in minutes. They also took the time to tell me a few tips and tricks to save time and money. I took up quite a bit of their time with questions and they never lost their enthusiastic help.

Buyer Beware!

Booked a trip and the service was horrible! They were rude, inappropriate, unprofessional and unreliable to deal with. This was my first experience using a travel agent but others in our group who have travelled a lot and said this was the worst they have ever had. I would have cancelled if I could have. They also passed along information about me to other people which completely inappropriate. Plus, the run around we got was crazy and a huge waste of our time that ended up not being necessary.
