Just two great guys that know what they are doing and talking about. I had a nightmare of a situation this weekend at my mother's home; Scott and Wayde (who actually did the work) were available over the Canada Day holiday and pulled the rabbit out of the hat. Yesterday the city sewage pipe backed up into our basement. Scott arrived quickly to examine what happened. He was polite and personable and took the time to explain the process to us thoroughly. He has great relationships and is well connected in the city. He knows what he is doing. He quickly identified the cause was from a city pipe.
