What an amazing company to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble for them as they went out of their way to repair our shades not even purchased there. Mark the manager, Crystal sales associate, Glen installer could not have been more.helpful and friendly. Our next major blind/shade purchase will definitely be there. THANK YOU ALL!
We had an issue with five blinds that were custom made by another supplier almost 20 years ago. They required new stringing and hardware and Mark and his team were the only local supplier willing and able to repair another companies product. They did a fabulous job at a great price they look brand new. We look forward to working with Better Blinds and Drapery both on new projects or repairs of our existing draperies in the future. Peter
Excellent customer service. Had Bedroom light darkening shades repaired quickly! Brought in on Thursday and they were repaired on the Saturday. They replaced the pull strings and they now work like new! Only place I called that actually repair blinds. Very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.
This is my second home done by Better Blinds and Drapery and I am so happy once again with the service.Mark and Kate are wonderful.Their attention to detail and hard work is why their scheduling is spot on.They have always been on time with product and their installers are punctual and courteous.Braden (insaller) is someone who takes pride in his work and loves to see a happy customer.He is quick and accurate with his installs and will always make sure you are satisfied before leaving.Love them!
After 2 years of looking for some drapery hardware I walked in to this lovely place of business and immediately Mark knew what I needed. Everyone here was so friendly! My home is in the Yukon. If I could afford to fly these people up I would.? Lovely show room. I recommend you drop in for a peek.
I am so pleased with my window coverings from Better Blinds & Drapery. The best customer service I have ever received! From my lovely sales person, Janet who came to my home and helped me select fabrics, etc. To the very patient Bradden who came to take initial measurements and installed everything beautifully. And owners Mark and Kate who answered all my questions. The blinds and drapes turned out even better than I imagined. Wonderful quality and amazing customer care.
Mark is very helpful and super easy to work with! We had already had a great experience a year ago with him - and when we decided we needed more blinds we knew where to go. He remembered us and it was another great visit. Our blinds arrived quickly as well. The installer Bradden also is very pleasant and works very efficiently. I even decided later after he had already come out here I didn't want a solar pack and he didn't make me feel bad that I had caused some inconvenience! Awesome place!
I recently built a house and commissioned Better Blinds and Drapery to dress all my windows. Mark provided me with exemplary service. There is a huge selection of fabrics and window treatments from which to choose. Mark, Janet and Braydon were all very professional and personable. We receive the Lakeshore Business Observer in Belle River and read the Better Blinds and Drapery ad. Needing new window treatments we met Kate and Mark at their showroom. They very friendly and showed us various options for our kitchen window and patio door. A home specialist came out to take measurements. Weeks later the blinds were installed. The treatments were made in Toronto. Awesome looking blinds, quality and service! We will recommend Better Blinds and Drapery to our friends. Kristina
Their decoator came to our home with all sorts of samples. She narrowed down what would work best for us and helped us with style and colour selection. I loved the fact that I didn't have to measure a thing myself, btw! We couldn't believe the transformation blinds made to our house - great experience! I metioned I was referred by my parents and they gave me an extra discount too.
