Calabrisella Ristorante is the best resturant in town. The frist time i ate there the food was amazing. it made me want ti go there again and again. i have so much fun there with the onwers Toni and Biagio
This place is the reason you go out for dinner!! We were served by Toni one of the restaurant owners who treated us like family from the time we came in until the time we left. Her suggestions for dinner were spot on in this quaint little restaurant that reminds you of the cafes in Italy. My wife had sea bass with artichokes(fresh) sundried tomatoes and spinach(soooo good) $19.......who sells sea bass at that price? I had a rigatoni with Italian sausage in a lighy spicy meat sauce(which was not on the menu) thanks to her suggestion. Very nice house wines with dinner and their home made tiramasu (??) was so delicious yet so light. Taking friends with us next time!!!
had dinner there 5AUG2011 and it was absolutely delicious. I had the seafood pasta, my lady had veal marsala with pasta and they were both superb. Service is excellent, the wine is not overpriced, the food is great.
Calabrisella was my first experience at an Italian restaurant in Windsor and it was a wonderful one at that. my boyfriend and i were wondering where we should have dinner when i suggested we drive around Little Italy and stop at an Italian restaurant that jumps out at us. he agreed and Calabrisella was the first place he saw so he pulled into there (my first restaurant sighting was actually Spago's). it's a small but quaint restaurant with covered in colourful murals. it presented me with a feeling of the Italian countryside, very peaceful and blue. our server beamed at us and helpfully offered advice as to what we should order. she was patient, kind and friendly. my boyfriend really enjoyed their Italian bread with olive oil, Balsamic vinegar and pepper. he said it was simple but so delicious. i myself, preferred the bruschetta. i ended up ordering pasta with arrabiata sauce (i can't remember the exact name). the pasta was al dente, which made me happy and the portions were fairly large. our romantic dinner for two left me too stuffed to look at the dessert menu. we had a great time talking and laughing, it was really cozy evening. we left thinking we should definitely return one day.
