If I could give 0 stars I would. I was yelled at for simply calling the office (since 17 days had passed from the time I was supposed to hear from them!). If you want to go to a dermatologists office filled with musty employees that treat you worse than the bugs on the floor then this is the place for you! Xoxo

Overall I would never recommend this office. I didn't care for his bed side manner nor the way he spoke to his staff. He not only belittled them he also did that to ME. Wish you nothing but Love and Light

Pleasant experience

Dr. Tan and his staff are caring, flexible, professional and make you feel wonderful. I had an appointment but stopped in to let them know I could come in any time. The took me in right away. Then Hannah called the next day to get me in to remove the spot from my face. They all made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would absolutely go back to him in the future.

I have had some cosmetic treatment in the past with horrible result ,each time either he overfill or asymmetry the area and to fix the problem that he create from his lack of knowledge u had to pay so u endup with double the ammount that u wanted to pay .

I once tried ipl had bruising for 10 days ,trI'd botox their was ok,tried fillers with Dr tan is horrible he messed up the tear trough overfilled the area don't recommend at all doesn't give u much information about the product he's using and got Tyndall affect discoloration .

I had botox couple times with good experience, than I said I would try filler for under eye and smile lines ,he said 2 syringe are enough, and offer to do cheeks to lift nasolabial fold I agreed, and couple more areas witch they turn out good ,but for the cheek and under eye they were a difference between the left and right,went again paid 400$ for another syringe to make things even ,now they look worse than before ,don't know what to do ,be aware don't recommend him for under eye and cheeks.

I did a re-surger...

I did a re-surgery(Lasik) from Dr. Jerry Tan in Jan 2015. My first Lasik done at Visuals Aids Centre, Delhi India was a failure and I had all possible side effects of Lasik. Dr Tan gave me lot of hope and confidence that his surgery will improve my vision a lot. But unfortunately surgery at Dr Jerry Tan made my symptoms and vision much worse than before.
