HORRIBLE is an understatement. Jessica their service manager said to me (customer)- Dont ever come back here....... really surprised me how can someone in customer service can say this to customers........escalated to manager but in no vain ...perhaps they also believe in such treatment to customers... ..had Went in there for car service of my cx9 (6 months new)...... My car was damaged after/while it was taken to the shop floor .....they didnt do fair resolution
