poor workmanship, deceiving practices

After the installation the wind noise is unbearable and the windshield is now leaking. There are big gaps between the seal and the windshield. Looks like windshield has caved in. Misaligned, VIN# not centered, too high, meaning windshield installed too low. I made numerous phone calls to ask him to inspect and fix it. Never came despite promises. When I came to his place finally, he pretended that all is normal and ‘natural’. Won't honour warranty. I went to reputable places and to the dealer to ask their opinion and they suspect that the old seal might have been reused and all of them generally state poor workmanship. Now I have to pay again to somebody else to fix it.
