Our condo has used this company multiple times. We have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years. They did concrete repairs on the front steps of our building in late summer. The following spring, @7 months later one of the concrete corners of the steps that they had replaced fell off, an @15“ x 15“, quite large. Hurley came by, said it needed to be redone, promised to have it done in a few weeks. They never came back, Office takes messages, never calls back, still unfixed

Poor customer service. They dont return phone calls. Left us waiting, gave us a quote. Then after 2 weeks of calling to book it they told us they cant actually do what they quoted us. wasted over a month of our time on a job they couldnt do.
