Yes there are flaws , however free Medicare comes with wait times. I’m thankful to have access to a wonderful doctor for my child . The receptionist work hard and are under a lot of pressure at all times. Parents need to know they are not robots they are people and trying to do the best they can with the volume !
Be thankful ! Try the USA for care you will be very surprised how lucky you actually are !
People only leave reviews for the bad things ! Imagine the ratings if people wrote the good
Unlike our current medical clinic which has no availability every time we call them, we found Tiny Tots that seems to have avaibility
We call to book a 1st appointment and we are told we must drop our current family doctor before even being able to meet the future potential doctor for our child.
We miss doctors in Quebec but his is no reason to force people to take a family doctor they never previously met. Why could we choose a car, an apartment, an accountant but not to take or not a doctor?
Administrative nightmare!! Expect greed and frustrations. Wonderful pediatrician and yet not worth the continuous hassles and mistreatments. If you are a patient, DO NOT PAY optional appointment FEES that only fill pockets and never improve services.
We are ugly disappointed. It is advertised that Tiny tots are ready to take new patients. The truth is that secretary on reception is selecting the people! First time i saw real discrimination! On the phone they were ready to open the file, but on the reception told me they do not have a doctor for us! I don't want the clinic will decide who is deserving to be treated and who is not.
