Pire service que jai jamais reçu ! Après que ILS se soient trompés avec mon forfait, ils nont aucunement voulu aider à régler leur erreur! Le 18 avril 2019 entre 4h et 5h PM je me suis déplacée pour comprendre le problème, mais la superviseure na pas voulue sortir du bureau pour maider et a indiquée que je devrais partir car ils ne pouvaient pas m'aider ! Service pitoyable et impardonnable ! À éviter a tous prix

I bought a Samsung Edge 6 and a screen protector at Planet Mobile in the Galleries de Hull. I was informed that the protector can be changed without limit, the salesperson did not point out that the product was defected.After changing the screen 4 times due to the fact that it did not stick, I was informed that I had to pay for it now.I do not understand this, there is a limit all of a sudden on an unlimited product. I would have appreciated knowing at purchase that this product is defective.
