Econo Drain

John was amazing!!! He explained and showed us all the issues and made recommendations. He was professional, polite and on time. He kept his word and would text to keep us informed on exactly when he’d be arriving! We were very impressed with the work done and more so with John. He gained our trust and loyalty. Call in the morning to get a drain problem resolve,in the past I used a different company but decided to give Econo Drain a try , John showed up on time as promise and did a fantastic job. He unclog the drain and also did pressure cleaning of the drain to ensure that the problem no longer persist. Very professional and great service. I will definitely use them in the future for all of my apartments.

Excellent service. Jean was very professional and got the job done. I had a partially clogged washer drain for many years but it got fixed up with ease. Then Jean came back a few days later and did pressure washing of our main buildings basement pipe. I cannot be more thankful to have met Jean! Dont hesitate to call him if you need any help! Cheers!

I made the mistake of calling another budget drain company and was hosed by the plumber who showed up. Never again. John is polite, friendly and professional. Always shows up on time and leaves the place clean and tidy.

I have used Econo Drain several times. Jean worked in a very efficient and professional manner and was open to all of our questions. Excellent service and affordable. Highly recommend!

Charges by use of machines (e.g. camera), which he upsells avidly. Quoted 675$ to clear one drain line, claimed it required special machinery which he suggested was difficult to find. Did it ourselves with an auger that we rented for 38$.

The guy came for an emergency and did an excellent job removing a stubborn drain clog - was very professional and left the place in mint condition, better than it was before. I highly recommend them indeed.

Jean came in and helped us during a stressful time. He took his time to explaining exactly what was happening and how he would fix it. He was open to all of our questions and worked in a very efficient and professional manner. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent service! Our water backed up in the basement and he was able to unclog it quickly and efficiently. I need more work done since it is an older home and I will be calling again. As soon as I called him, he was available the next day. Hands down the best and most honest plumber.

Sorry, I have been meaning to leave this review but haven't had the time. John is THE BEST, most honest, reliable plumber I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I own a duplex in Pierrefonds and recently the main drain in the basement backed up into my tenant's shower. John answered the call at around 11 PM on a weekday evening. Without hesitation and with a positive attitude...he made his way from downtown and was there within an hour. Excellent service, impeccable! Thanks John!!!

John was amazing and reassuring. Clogged drains were repaired within 35 minutes and he gave advice for any future blockage. Highly recommended!
