Cette compagnie devrait être embarrassée par leur service à la clientèle pourrit. Vous êtes mieux de les éviter à tout coût.
Laval - This company installed a thermopompe in my home before I purchased the home, so naturally when we needed maintenance, we contacted them. We have to book 3 weeks in advance, and on the day they were supposed to show up, we contacted them 5 times!! throughout the day, each time, they said they would be there, and they never showed up. One of the worst experiences in customer service I have ever had to dealt with. Do yourself a favor, find another company to deal with.
vente agressive au début, mais 0 support après. Même si ma thermopompe est en garantie, je dois payer 170$ si un technicien doit venir la voir. La thermopompe ne fonctionne plus depuis 3 jours et je chauffe la maison avec les plinthes. Le technicien était supposé de venir, mais il repoussé le RDV. Mauvais service à la clientèle. je ne recommande pas
We are having problems getting answers as to when "the ordered part" will come in. It's been over 3 weeks. They keep telling us that they will call back - but never do. Not impressed
Je metterais -5 étoiles si c'eltait possible ! Fausses réprésentations, vente sous pression et fausses informations. De grands manipulateurs ces vendeurs . Mauvais service après vente, incompréhensif et aucunement humain. Les représentants au téléphone ne veulent pas que l'on parle aux responsables et/ou directeurs. Pour pouvoir leur parler j'ai dû menacer d'appeler l'office de la protection du consommateur ? Extrêmement en colère et déçue de cette compagnie !!!
Service après vente 0 .... pas recommander du tout de faire affaire avec eux. bureaux fermer et aucune démarche prise pour s'assurer de bien servir ces clients
poor service takes weeks for them to call you back and even longer to have a technician come for repairs.
We purchased a split unit Air Conditioner from Hydro Confort in 2009. We have had no problems with the unit itself and it has worked as expected. The overall quality of their product is good. The installation by their service technicians however is very poor and alot of mistakes were made in the installation of the unit itself. I have included a photo of an electrical mistake we found where wires were not properly installed in an accessable junction box.
