We made an appointment for a month later, but they did not show up. When we called regarding the appointment, they advised there was no appointment on file. My husband had spoken in English and the receptionist was rude and dismissive. He asked her to have her superior contact him and we did not received a call. I called the following day, spoke to the receptionist in French and she advised she did not like my husband's tone. She stated the owner told her not to provide service. Unprofessional

Very impressed with The Happy Sweeper. Always pleased with their efficiency, politeness and their ability to make sure their work area is left clean. Every year they check and clean fireplace insert and chimney. Because of their thoroughness, we feel safer.
